Please note that we do not have a shop or customer service area on-site.

Online Payments

We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards, and Paypal, via a secure server. The security of our customer data is paramount; our website is secure and complies with all guidelines.

VAT

VAT is charged on all products at the current rate of 20% for any orders shipped within the UK.

Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds

Should goods be damaged on receipt, please notify us, by email or telephone, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.

On those occasions where a faulty product needs to be returned, Papercrafts Ltd will refund any postage charges incurred.

If a product is not faulty, but is unwanted, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of their decision to return the item. We can only accept returns of unused items.  Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer and a full refund of the goods will be processed upon receipt of the goods.

Confidentiality

We keep your personal information private and secure. We never pass your information on to any other third party.

Complaints

Statutory Rights

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
